Acceptable Use Policy

This policy supplements the Terms of Service. By using Castle Entropy you agree not to use it for the activities below.
Prohibited conduct
- Breaking the law or infringing others' rights with the service.
- Uploading malware, or attempting to evade or disable the service's security controls.
- Attempting to access another tenant's data, escalate privileges, or bypass authentication, authorization, or audit controls.
- Forging, altering, or attempting to repudiate audit events or proof records.
- Impersonating an authorized approver, or attempting to bypass required human approvals.
- Probing, scanning, or load-testing the service without prior written authorization.
- Using the service to destroy data you are legally required to preserve (for example, under a legal hold).
- Reselling or sublicensing the service except as permitted by a signed agreement.
Security research
We welcome responsible disclosure. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, contact security@cleargarment.com before testing further or disclosing publicly, and do not access data that is not yours.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the security, integrity, and lawful operation of the service. Sensitive actions taken in response are recorded in the service's audit records.
